| Features 1) Waterproof performance A rotating outer ring labyrinth seal is mounted on the rear of the cover, to ensure much higher waterproof performances than the conventional oil seal type, especially at high speeds. Furthermore, coolant is blown off by groove in the cover. 2) Low friction and high-speed rotation Surprisingly smooth and effective rotation is provided thanks to the development of a new non-contact seal and careful selection of special grease and bearings. This ensures high-speed rotation and high-speed startup, and avoids tip wear due to slipping. 3) Extra-high precision Runout does not exceed 0.0025 mm (T.I.R.) Products cover an extensive range of workpieces including those requiring extra-high precision turning. 4) Shape The size is the same as that of the standard type.
