| Features 1) Dimensions and rigidity The live center itself is designed as a bearing. This structure allows the shaft size to be increased, and provides rigidity against loads. Thus, this product is best suited to heavy cutting. 2) High precision Runout does not exceed 0.003 mm (T.I.R.), so this product is best suited to high precision heavy cutting. Both the surface of circular cone and end face are finished by grinding (see examples below). 3) Water proof performance An oil seal and O-ring are used for complete sealing, thereby protecting against entry of coolant or foreign matter. |
